About
The Apocalyptic Robot Crew, ARC for short, formed on the scene like Voltron in 2004 when the mysteries of life became so great for the four members that they had to start a band in order to make things clear. It's been years since then and things have not gotten much clearer... Sly Q. Jones leads the band whose microphone rocking skills are unquestionable. Although not originally a founding member he was drafted by the guitarist Gary Bossanova and synthesizer expert Burt Bannister because neither of them could sing. Several hours after the recording of their first song it was decided that they reach deeper into the void to pull out Fancy Johnson and make him into the electric tambourine guru he is today. Their music cannot be described with any known human adjectives, but some dogs have been known to describe the music as "bark" and "woof". Their inspirations range from Ennio Morricone's classic western themes to 80's Hip-Hop and Electronic music... At first glance, the band seems to be from the future, in fact, they claim they are, just to confuse everyone. The band is all about confusing their fans; which is why they constantly change their name. They have gone by names like: "Spectre Junction" and "Kosmonots", just so things don't get boring. In fact, boredom is the band's worst enemy. In July of 2004 the band officially made a declaration of war on boredom, and promised to find out where it hid and to root it out and eliminate it once and for all. It's ideas like these that keep their fans from walking away.
